I’m Padma Saritha, and I’m excited to share a bit about my journey in early childhood education.With over 15 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to nurturing young minds and creating enriching environments for children. My journey began as an assistant teacher in a small preschool, and through passionate exploration and extensive hands-on learning, I advanced to the role of the center director. This hands-on experience allows me to support our staff with practical knowledge and innovative teaching methods.I hold a B.Sc. and a B.Ed. in science, and I love incorporating my hobbies—drawing and cooking—into my interactions with children. I believe that a safe and stimulating environment is essential for exploration and growth.In my previous role as Childcare Director at Sunshine Kids, I implemented a play-based curriculum that encouraged creativity and critical thinking. I also developed training programs for our staff to ensure high-quality care and built strong relationships with families, fostering open communication and trust.I am particularly excited about Footprints’ holistic approach to childcare, integrating art, music, and nature into our curriculum. This aligns perfectly with my educational philosophy, and I look forward to contributing my expertise to further enhance our program.

Our preschool welcomes children aged 12 Months to 96 Months.
We are open from Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM* - 7:15 PM*.
*Our regular timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Early/Late hours are served depending upon availability at specific branches and charged extra. Saturday services are also available at select branches.

This was the first daycare my baby went to, even before she turned 1. We were initially apprehensive if our baby was ready for daycare. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see how well my baby was able to adjust with the center head and the staff. We could see a significant improvement in her social skills as well.

Footprints preschool is a wonderful preschool that helps your kid in learning as well as inculcating so many good behaviours. Teachers are so good here, and are like a second mother to your kid. I have never felt unsafe for my kid here.

It has been a wonderful experience so far. Protocols followed in everything including "learn through play" process, settling process are upto the mark. Emphasis on national festivals, know- how about various events is really appreciable. Support system of the entire staff is commendable.

It is a pretty new preschool in Arekere. Heard from the neighbours that Footprints provide meals and cctv access to watch kids throughout their stay which is really good and tension free for the mothers like us who are busy working.
