Location: Footprints Preschool and Daycare, Sector 4, Gurgaon
Salary: upto ₹ 3.6 LPA- depending upon timings, location.

Job Description:

Footprints Sector 4, Gurgaon is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Pre School Teacher to join our team. You will work closely with our team of educators to deliver our Highscope curriculum and nurture children in crucial early years.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with our Highscope curriculum.
Create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages children to learn and explore.
Build strong relationships with children and their families, and communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.
Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Monitor and assess children's progress, and provide feedback to parents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's learning and development.

Job Title: Center Directress at Sector 4, Gurgaon
Location: Footprints, Sector 4, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹ 3 Lacs to ₹ 6 Lacs depending upon location and experience

Job Description:

Footprints Sector 4, Gurgaon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Directress to lead our center and ensure the highest quality of care and education for our children. As a Center Directress, you will be responsible for following:

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
Meet with prospective parents, give them tours of the center, and answer any questions they may have and help them take admissions.
Work closely with the admissions team and center founders to ensure that enrollment goals are met
Manage a team of educators, providing support, guidance, and feedback as needed.
Implement our lesson plans designed as per Highscope curriculum
Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, and communicate regularly about their child's progress.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records at portal.
Ensure that the center is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of local language and area is a bonus.
